Definition written by the Mother for the Symbol:

The Center Cirle represents the Divine Consciousness.
The four petals represent the four powers of the Mother.
The twelve petals represent the twelve powers of the Mother manifested for Her work.

The four petals - The four powers are: Mahasaraswati, Maheswari, Maha Kali, Mahalakshmi

The twelve powers are : Sincerity, Humility, Gratitude, Perseverance, Aspiration, Receptivity, Progress, Courage, Goodness, Generosity, Equality, Peace
